What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday: 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am-5:00 pm, and Sunday 12:00 pm-5:00 pm.

Is the community pet friendly?

We love our furry friends! Maximum of two pets per apartment home.

What types of floor plans do you offer?

We offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.

Do you offer furnished units?

We do not offer furnished homes directly, but can refer to furniture rental companies.

Is smoking permitted on the property?

Glade at the Groves is a strictly no-smoking community.

Leasing and Application Process

How do I schedule a tour?

Prospective residents can schedule an in-person or virtual tour online or by contacting the leasing office.

What are the income or credit requirements?

Applicants must collectively have verifiable income of at least 3 times the rental rate. We obtain a credit report on each applicant. Our credit reporting agency evaluates credit (which may include rent payment history) as an indicator of future rent payment performance. An unsatisfactory or insufficient finding will result in the requirement of an additional deposit, guarantor, or denial. Applicants are responsible for ensuring their credit history is accurate.

How do I apply?

Application links will be sent to all applicants through a link shared by the onsite team.

Is renters insurance required?

Residents are required to set up their own renters insurance.

Do you offer short term leases?

We offer as low as a 6 month lease.

Do you run background and credit checks?

We obtain a criminal background check on each applicant who will reside in the apartment home. It is possible your application will be denied due to criminal convictions.

We currently offer 6 - 18 month leases. This is subject to change based on availability.

What amenities do you offer?

Glade at the Groves offers conference pods, a dog run and spa, a golf simulator, a pool, a playground, a gym, and a yoga room.

Is Wi-Fi available in common areas?

Yes, Wifi is available in the common areas.

Do you offer EV charging stations?

EV charging stations are available.

How does package delivery work?

Glade at the Grove has a Luxer package system for storing resident packages to pick up at there convenience.

Glade at the Groves is located within The Groves, a master planned community in the Lake Houston-Atascocita area of Humble. The neighborhood features wooded surroundings, scenic trails, parks, and green space.

What shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are nearby?

Residents enjoy walkable access to a brand new HEB and neighboring retail, including Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Whataburger, a Mexican restaurant, a nail salon, and a gas station. Additional shopping and dining are available along West Lake Houston Parkway.

What schools is the property zoned to?

The community is served by Humble ISD and is currently listed for Groves Elementary School, West Lake Middle School, and Summer Creek High School.
